Tarbiah (Character Development)
Tarbiah focuses on nurturing strong Islamic character and developing good manners (Akhlaq) in everyday life. This course helps students understand the importance of living according to Islamic values while building a strong connection with their faith.
Students learn essential qualities such as honesty, respect, patience, kindness, responsibility, and humility. Through simple lessons and practical examples, they are guided on how to apply these values in their daily interactions with family, teachers, and society.
The course also introduces important Islamic habits such as daily duas, respect for parents, proper conduct, and maintaining good behavior in all situations. These lessons help students grow not only in knowledge but also in character.
Our goal in Tarbiah is to raise individuals who reflect the beautiful manners taught in Islam, helping them become responsible Muslims who contribute positively to their families and communities.
Millions of people die each year from preventable and curable diseases, including approximately 15,000 children every single day. These deaths (and the considerable suffering caused by these types of disease) can be prevented with proven treatments and techniques — that’s why we’ve eradicated these diseases in higher-income countries. The organisations implementing these interventions in lower-income countries, however, are perpetually underfunded.
